  apport-gtk windw's size become not much larger than the close button
  of the dialog window title and is not resizable

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  This happens once for a fresh install and then isn't reset
  automatically, i.e. one has to figure out how to resize the window or
  reset the window dimensions or reinstall.

  This issue makes `apport-gtk` unusable.
