[Bug 1412906] Re: Wrong favicon displayed with invalid certificate warning page

  Steps to reproduce:
  
-  1) Browse to any site that has a valid favicon (e.g. http://ubuntu.com)
-  2) Wait for the page to be loaded, and verify that the favicon is correctly displayed in the address bar
-  3) Browse to https://test-sspev.verisign.com:2443/test-SSPEV-revoked-verisign.html
-  4) Wait for the invalid certificate warning page to be displayed
