The SIM PIN and lockscreen dialogs for passcode are too similar to one
another, I repeatedly end up putting my passcode as SIM PIN, this could
lead to locking your SIM card.

The SIM PIN and lockscreen dialogs for passcode are too similar to one
another, I repeatedly end up putting my passcode as SIM PIN, this
could lead to locking your SIM card.
Fixing this might also fix bug 1387207.
