  User Can not input unicode sequence when num lock is turned on

Status in ibus package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  OS : Ubuntu 14.04.
  Num Lock is turned ON.
  a)
  Open Gedit.
  b) 
  Press CTRL+SHIFT+U and write a code 2713 (✓mark symbol)
  BUG:
  No numbers, no symbol.

  Turn NumLock OFF.
  Repeat ALL and All should work.
