  When closing an app in the Dash, the next apps is given focus

Bug description:
  This is a regression from earlier versions.

  When closing one of many apps, you should remain in the Dash Apps lens
  so you can close more.  Instead you end up leaving the Dash and the
  next app in the list is displayed.
