  AbstractScopeBase missing a virtual destructor

Status in unity-scopes-api package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Adding a virtual destructor to AbstractScopeBase causes an ABI break.
  We should make this fix as soon as we have the capacity to handle
  that.
