After some more research, trying to force indicator-session to work with
what is in Unity 8 is probably not the best solution.  I think a better
solution is wrap the org.gnome.SessionManager.EndSessionDialog object
withing the com.canonical.Unity bus.  This way we don't have to hack
indicator-session to work properly with Unity 8.

  when confirmed to log out or shut down, they all just go back to
  greeter
