[Bug 1023717] Re: crashed with Error in notification(): GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.Notifications.MaxNotificationsExceeded: Exceeded maximum number of notifications

Importance: Undecided
Status: New
** Also affects: gm-notify (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
** Also affects: gnome-clocks (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
** Description changed:
- I tried to convert a FLAC-encoded album to 192kbps MP3 on Oneiric amd64,
- and it worked for a while without any apparent problems. Then Sound
- Converter crashed.
+ Programs which use notification-daemon for displaying messages do not
+ work because of
- I have attached the log file from the previous conversion that produced
- the FLAC files, in case that is helpful. Sound Converter did report an
- error in trying to convert this log file to MP3 (obviously), but that
- wouldn't explain this crash, and that's not why I've attached that log.
+ Error in notification():
+ GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.Notifications.MaxNotificationsExceeded:
+ Exceeded maximum number of notifications
