  Unity8 desktop lockscreen hangs on ofono issues

Status in telephony-service package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Using current vivid with unity8-desktop on an inspiron configuration
  the unity8 lockscreen hangs, stopping ofono makes it work unblock.
  There is some weird issuew between n-m and ofono but unity8 shouldn't
  hang on issues in that stack
