Title:
  Danish letter displayed incorrectly

Status in console-setup package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: console-setup

Of the three non-latin letters in the Danish alphabet (æøå), ø is not
displayed correctly in the non-X-console that can be accessed using
  e.g. Ctrl+Alt+F1.

The lowercase ø (unicode 00f8) is only slightly wrong, appearing to be
raised a few pixels over the baseline of the other characters. But it
is sufficiently misaligned that this should be considered an error.

The uppercase Ø (unicode 00d8) is a completely wrong character. It
slightly resembles an uppercase Greek Phi, but isn't one.

If this is not the correct package to report against, please help me
  find the right one.
