Bug description:
Ubuntu 15.04 r78
1. If you do not have more than one keyboard layout active, add one in System Settings > "Language & Text" > "Keyboard layouts".
2. Focus a text field, for example the search field on the System Settings main screen.
3. Tap the input source button. 🌐
What happens: The keyboard layout menu opens.
What should happen: The keyboard cycles to the next-most-recently-used
layout. The menu should open on long-press, not on tap.
<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LanguageAndText#phone-source-button>: "Tap on
language switcher allows you to go to cycle to next language ... Long-
press on bottom-left button labelled with current language [opens the
menu illustrated]."
