Title:
Xorg crash
Status in xorg package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
While viewing an svg I made in the stock photo viewer (eye of gnome),
I zoomed in to about 2000 percent (the max), at which point the image
became fully transparent, and displayed the grey and white
checkerboard. My screen then went black for some time and returned to
the login screen. After logging in, my fans turned on, and Apport
began consuming many gigabytes of RAM, as well as 100 percent of one
cpu. I killed it and everything returned to normal.
Running 13.04 with Unity on a System76 Galago Ultrapro with a 256 GB
SSD
