Title:
  App icon removed from launcher but not from dconf value after
  installation and "unlock from launcher"

Bug description:
  On Ubuntu 13.04, after installing an application through the Software Center or Application Lense, the applications icon gets put into the launcher.
  If I unlock the icon from the launcher before logging out, the icon disappears from the launcher but its .desktop file stays in the "favorites" dconf value.
  This causes the icon to reappear after a reboot.

  If removing the icon from the launcher after a reboot, everything
  works as expected.

  How to reproduce:
  1) Install an application through Software Center/Application Lense
  2) Wait until the app is installed
  3) Right-click the newly installed icon in the launcher and unlock it.
  4) Check com.canonical.unity.launcher.favorites in dconf-editor and see if the .desktop file is still in the list.

  Screenshot attached. Notice the wifi-radar.desktop entry in the list,
  even though the icon is gone from the launcher.

  SIDENOTE: Shouldn't newly installed apps be put above running apps?
  (additional bug report needed?)
