This is actually just a case of the largest infographic circles bleeding
out of the welcome screen. It's fixed in vivid already.

Bug description:
  Device: bq Aquaris E4.5 running: Stable #17

  Scaling of Infographics in notification circle seams to be broken on
  low resolution displays. ( it looks on on nexus4 )

  When swiping left to unlock device and password is sets user is
  presented with dialpad to enter password and in the left side of the
  screen there is visible part of infographics from previous page.
