Bug description:
  Similar to bug #1398044 (oxide) and bug #1397979 (ui-toolkit),
  webbrowser-app and ubuntu-system-settings-online-accounts fail to
  build against Qt 5.4. UITK's fix is at https://code.launchpad.net
  /~ubuntu-sdk-team/ubuntu-ui-toolkit/newOpenGlPrivates/+merge/243373

  This bug will become invalid if bug #1387537 is fixed instead.
