Following Michi's comment and the fact that noone seems to have seen
this recently i've put both bugs as Incomplete so that the bug gets
expired in 59 days if noone comes up with more information.

Bug description:
On a couple of occasions over the weekend my phone has become
unusable. I can unlock it, swipe the launcher out, pull down
indicators, launch applications (from the launcher) and switch
applications from the side. I cannot use any scops. They don't respond
to touch at all. I'm stuck on the "Today" scope.
