i n gkk, as per http://www.emachines.com/ec/en/US/content/drivers an
update to your computer's buggy and outdated BIOS is available (P01.B1).
If you update to this following
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BIOSUpdate does it change anything?

If it doesn't, could you please both specify what happened, and provide the output of the following terminal command:
sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date

  bug of wireless usb mouse scroll

Bug description:
  the mouse is model pc-044185-00004 v 6.4.3 trademark perfect choice
  which doesnt work the scroll correctly , it returns  a little to the
  opposite direction in which im trying to move with it  in short
  distances , is very slow to move and moves some but not too fast and
  it repeats ,  is the only key that doesnt work correctly . it's
  optical mouse has 4 buttons i guess the left button, right button, the
  scroll and the button the scroll the button 4 and 5 are the ones that
  the scroll own 4 is down and 5 up.
