  Continue to show spinner instead of video thumbnail preview

Status in gallery-app package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Copy some photos and videos to internal storage on device
  2. Launch the gallery app
  3. Scroll to the videos under Events
  4. Tap on a video to open

  Observe that under the play button, gallery app will show a spinner
  indefintely instead of a video preview image.
