Actually the same reason applies. 14.10 is not the development release
of Ubuntu, we are currently developing 15.04 and only that release of
Ubuntu sends crash reports to Launchpad.

  After xorg or whatever crash apport suggests to send a bug report.
  Every time I press "send" it closes itself and doesn't proceed.
