The issue was with media-hub, a gdb bt wasn't really useful though,
neither was the log...

  Doesn't ring when it should

Status in media-hub package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Using rtm 240 on a bq, the phone don't ring on incoming calls, but the
  phone is not on silent mode and has volume set. Looking to the log it
  looks like the media hub is rejecting the sound or something?
