Bug description:
  Hello, I'm using ubuntu 13.04 and pulseaudio 3.0, i tried to use echo cancellation of WebRTC :
  pactl load-module module-echo-cancel aec_method=WebRTC
  but it return :
  Failure: Failed to initialize module
  any one have any idea how to fix this?
