  Shouldn't run on desktop configurations

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Currently the upstart job tries to run mtp on desktop/configurations
  without mtp support, that's wrong (especially that the server hits an
  abort on the missing device which spins apport and lead to slow
  systems)
