[Bug 1424195] Re: Config option flat-volumes is set to YES by default
JFTR, Luke has already uploaded a fix for this, but it's waiting in
vivid-proposed, probably since we're in Beta 1 freeze in which case it
should be in vivid on Friday.

Bug description:
Description: Ubuntu Vivid Vervet (development branch)
Release: 15.04
Config option flat-volumes is set to YES by default, unlike to NO in previous Ubuntu releases (<=14.10).
So now global volume level overrides applications' volume level.
It produces unexpected behavior.
How to fix:
Change " ; flat-volume = yes " to " flat-volume = no " (delete ' ; ' to uncomment)
