  No expired certificate dialog

Status in webbrowser-app package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:

  Navigate to a site with expired certificates like: https://testssl-
  expire.disig.sk/

  You should see a an error that certificates are expired or something.
  It rather opens the site without any warning.
