In some counties you might have to subscribe sending and receiving MMS.
Would be good to check if your service provider has to give you a
special authorisation.

Bug description:
  I tried to send a vcard via SMS from another phone to the Ubuntu
  Phone. It seems to get lost. No indication or anything shows up.
