  Steps to reproduce:
  - Reboot the phone
  - Pull-down from 'Notifications' icon in Indicators.
  - Bogus number of mail messages was reported.

  Expected results:
  - Correct number of voice mail messages should be reported (1)

  Actual results:
  - Incorrect number of voice mail messages was reported (1819631974)

  Frequency:
  Twice
