The process for installing packages by default requires the package to
go through the Main Inclusion process, which includes a security review.
My understanding is that during the MIR review, some issues were
identified by our security team in ppc64-diag and its dependencies and
that these have been raised with the upstream teams within IBM for
resolution.

  We need Ubuntu support for  pre-install ppc64-diag and other basic packages.
  Below packages contains Power platform specific tools which are required by default.. Hence please include these packages in default installation list.

  ppc64-diag
  powerpc-ibm-utils

  We need this for 14.04 and 14.10 tree..
