[Bug 1094434] Re: Ubuntu Mono: Lack of math symbols

The overlapping characters seems to be another example of bug 932958:
when a character is missing from Ubuntu Mono, it falls back to a
proportional font rather than another monospace font.

** Summary changed:

- Ubuntu Mono: Lack of math symbols
+ [256 new] Ubuntu Mono: Lack of math symbols

** Changed in: ubuntu-font-family
   Importance: Undecided => Low

Title:
[256 new] Ubuntu Mono: Lack of math symbols

Status in Ubuntu Font Family:
  New
Status in ubuntu-font-family-sources package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Please, add support of the unicode math symbols. I'm widely using them
(with the vim conceal feature for development), but font lacks that
symbols and use the ones from the other font which have incorrect
sizes. It leads to mislook (see attachments), so I'm forced to use
  Liberation Mono :(

  Ubuntu Mono version 0.0.49
