That doesn't work. Such properties don't get change notifications
because the engine can't know what they depend on.

Bug description:
  If the caller of the popover sits in a hierarchy that indirectly moves
  the caller without affecting its anchors, size or local position, the
  popover won't reposition.

  (This is a theoretical bug right now as I've not seen a use case for
  it)
