[Bug 1428246] [NEW] Login window is not shown when trying to purchase something for the first time

When trying to purchase something for the first time, after clicking on
the price button for an app, a "Loading" message appears and hangs
forever.

I went back and logint with my SSO acount, and the next attempt for
purchasing worked as expected.
