Title:
[sdk] Instead of an overflow in the header, pull down more to reveal
more options
Status in Ubuntu UX bugs:

Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu:
Won't Fix
Bug description:
Instead of having buttons to open an overflow that shows tabs or
additional actions, what if we let the user pull down more after the
header was revealed, and the header extends (contents is dragged more
down revealing more just under the header) to reveal the additional
options? So you get a second (and third, ...?) row under the header
that shows more buttons?
