  [UbuntuShape] Add support for more fill modes

Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  The current UbuntuShape only supports PreserveAspectCrop and Stretch
  modes. It would be good to support PreserveAspectFit and Pad too.
