[Bug 1427608] Re: package procps 1:3.3.9-1ubuntu5.2 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1

 

It now looks like there is an issue with the package that provides the
smfpd service:

insserv: Starting smfpd depends on ondemand and therefore on system
facility `$all' which can not be true!
