  DisplayConfigurationOutput.physical_size_mm is undefined/zero

Bug description:
  DisplayConfigurationOutput.physical_size_mm is currently (0,0) when
  run on devices, so qtmir has to resort to the android property
  ro.sf.lcd_density to get that info [1]
