  Remove wxpython from build dependency

Status in presage package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  wxpython is not actually used during the package's build time, and can
  be dropped safely when relevant dependency is added to the generated
  binary package. This helps out the situation that wxpython is not
  wanted in main at this moment.
