Bug description:
  Current popover feels too small, icons are too small and too close to
  each other. The icons are also pixelated

  Please see the link below for correct size and positioning of the text
  selection popover.

  Also - In the case popover is placed below the selection, it should be
  placed below the carets, not over them.
