Title:
  network-manager, "edit connections" + "connect" + "disconnect"
  functions are disabled

Status in network-manager package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Some important functions in network-manager are grayed out:
  * "edit connections"
  * "connect"
  * "disconnect"

  To resolve the problem:
  * When i start "nm-connection-editor" in terminal as normal user it's possible to edit all interfaces without any problems.
  * When i start "users-admin" in terminal as normal user, press button "advanced settings" and enter my password, then the functions "edit connections" + "connect" + "disconnect" are possible to operate and not grayed any more untile a reboot!

  I already set my user to user-group "netdev", but nothing happened.
  I tryed to "dpkg-reconfigure network-manager" and "/etc/init.d/network-manager restart", but nothing happened.
