Bug description:
  RTM krillin image #154

  boot phone - go to Music scope, launch a song in grooveshark, let song start playing
  application switch back to either Dash or some other application
  Music will stop due to life cycle kicking in

  Screen will not turn off
  attach top - pulse running ~6%

  if you open spread & kill the groove shark web page, the phone will
  then dim/screen blank on idle & you can see the pulse audio process
  eating 6% go away.
