  Test Case
  1. Open System-Settings => Security & Privacy => Location Access
  2. Select 'Not at all' option from the list to turn the location access off
  3. Close the system settings and reboot the phone

  Verify that location settings changes are persistent after the boot

  Actual Result
  Location is enabled after reboot.
