  Toolkit gallery should be ported to Ubuntu.Layouts

Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  The gallery is continuously serving as an example of odd corner cases
  because it's done in a hackish way before Ubuntu.Layouts existed. It
  needs to be ported. Also because it can show off how easy it is to do
  convergience!
