I disabled a few weeks ago of reports into the welcome screen. I forgot that.
But you could use a better message as: "Data sources disabled" :)

  From a 2 weeks I'm getting this unique message inside the circle on the welcome screen: No data sources available
  I'm so sorry, but I can't report steps in this case.
