[Bug 1430744] Re: Word gets lost if changing layout whilst still in preedit

 

This bug was fixed in the package ubuntu-keyboard -

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce

  1) Type "Hello" but don't press space

  2) Switch to the Emoji layout

  Expected result

  "Hello" should be committed

  Actual result

  "Hello" disappears.
