  Powerd does not release locks requested over dbus when name goes away

Bug description:
  powerd: 0.13+14.04.20140129-0ubuntu1

  The scenario would be:
  - check locks
  - play a tune with the music app
  - check locks (a lock requested by an anonymous name should show up)
  - close music
  - check locks (the anonymous name should go away)

  This should be maked as critical as it drains battery.

  This is easily reproduceable with the music app
