Title:
ScrollBar color is not distinctive enough

Status in Ubuntu UX bugs:
  Invalid
Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Using a MainView with default color, a Flickable and a Scrollbar in
it, leaves the scrollbar mostly invisible. You can see it if you look
*very* closely, but it's not providing the help/indication it is
  supposed to.

I guess the Scrollbar would need some background color detection and
change its color, or, at least provide a "color" property to allow the
developer setting the color. A third option would probably be to
expose the ScrollbarStyle in the API so it can be customized to fit
  the app's design.
