Bug description:
  HOW TO REPRODUCE
  - Press the "super" key.

  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
  - The dash panel to open smoothly.

  REAL BEHAVIOUR
  - The window manager could take up to 3 seconds to draw the panel, due to its contents not being cached and its drawing not being pre-rendered.
