Bug description:
  I'm running avconv from Package: libav-tools
  Versions: 
  4:0.8.3-0ubuntu0.12.04.1 (/var/lib/apt/lists/us.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_precise-updates_main_binary-amd64_Packages)

  I'm able to see the same issues as reported here:
