Title:
Extremely low volume from HP and line-out with EAPD function

Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
My sound codec is alc1150, I installed ubuntu 14.04 and updated my
kernel to 3.17.0-031700-generic, I plugged into my headphone into rear
red jack and I got extremely low volume despite I set max volume with
slider, so is green front Headphone jack. I dumpped the sound codec
and found they are all EAPD node. I also get some skipping and
distorted issue earlier, but now only low volume issue.
