  ubuntu-bug crashes on unattended-upgrades

Bug description:
  I tried to report a bug for Ubuntu in general, but `ubuntu-bug` with
  no arguments did not work (I'll file a second report). Then I tried
  `ubuntu-bug unattended-upgrades` since that is the closest I can think
  about it. I have modified a couple of configuration files on my system
  and apport/ubuntu-bug asked me to include those. It then failed with
  the following stacktrace:
