It could be just another one that got affected by the glibc regression
we had, need to check again with latest to see if it's still an issue.

  No ringtone sound for incoming calls

Bug description:
  vivid-proposed image 158, krillin

  1. Call your Ubuntu phone from another device and make sure ringtone plays
  2. Reject the call from Ubuntu phone
  3. repeat step 1 and 2

  On third retry there is no sound played for the incoming call, only
  the vibration
