How am I supposed to follow these instructions if the linked bug is
private and I can't even read it?

"Please look at the other bug report to see if there is any missing
information that you can provide, or to see if there is a workaround for
the bug. Additionally, any further discussion regarding the bug should
occur in the other report."

It's extemely frustrating to be told "just look here" and find that
"here" is something I'm not allowed look at!
